Dr. Sparks, Tiffany, and Heather are amazing! Dr. Sparks took me as a patient when I could not find anyone else and my results were fantastic; much better than I ever expected. The office is super clean and in a great location. The whole team makes you feel so comfortable I don’t even feel like I am going to the dentist/orthodontist! Dr. Sparks, Heather & Tiffany are like my extended family. I was very transparent about my extremely sensitive teeth at the 1st appt. & Dr. Sparks LISTENED to me! He & his team have SUCESSFULLY eliminated my frequent mirgrains & extreme jaw pain, ringing & itching in my ears I am 99% pain free & on an actual plan of care that is realistic (even though I thought no one could help me & I would just suffer the rest of my life). If you are a grinder, have broken teeth & a bite sooo off it's eating at your last nerve...DO NOT GIVE UP. Go see this group of miracle workers! Not kidding. #stopthemadness

Excellent cleaning and health care! Just like they have done for the past 20+ years for my family.
I needed a crown replacement that was cracked and had a hole in it. (Of course he was not the dentist who originally placed the crown.) I was able to be placed on Dr Sparks schedule in a convenient time frame and was fitted for the temporary. His staff is extremely professional and Heather made sure I was very comfortable during the entire procedure with ZERO pain. I schedule regular checkups with his office and his hygienist, Tiffany, ALWAYS cleans my teeth and makes sure I am pain free during the cleaning. I have VERY sensitive teeth and gums and NEVER never encounter any problems. I highly recommend Cosmetic Smile Designs for all your dental needs!!!

Excellent service and care throughout my first experience. Quick appointment. Beautiful office. Easy location. *Felt very safe. Extra COVID precautions before my exam! This was the most thorough cleaning, dental exam and diagnostic explanation I’ve ever received. The expertise of the entire team is evident. Thorough explanation of treatment plan, cost and payment options were clearly presented in writing. Optional treatments for patient comfort and relaxation reviewed and cost presented up front. Payment plans are available for those who have put off needed work due to expense. It is clear that the patient’s experience is a top priority for Dr. Sparks and his entire team.

We absolutely loved our visit! My son got in and out and was back to school in no time! He got his teeth cleaned and two teeth repaired in one day. He has his confidence back and was so excited to show his friends his new teeth. His girlfriend was happy too! Lol We are now going to stay with Dr Sparks because it’s so convenient to where we live (SOUTH SHORE) and it’s such a nice facility.
I always experience a high level of professionalism from Dr Sparks, my hygienist Tiffany Sparks and the front office staff. Special attention is always given to comfort and thorough examinations. I highly recommend them!!!

Dr. Sparks and his whole staff are all excellent. They are all perfectionist and take the time to make sure everything is right before you leave. They’re very good communicators so there aren’t any surprises in your treatment. They genuinely care about not only the appearance of your teeth but their health also. Would recommend anyone needing a dentist even with the most difficult issues to go see Dr. Sparks.
As far as getting cavities filled goes, my experience was top knotch. I felt no pain or discomfort during the procedure. 10/10 would recommend
